Our Customer Engagement Specialists promotes sales by preparing and demonstrating products, offering samples, coupons, and recipes while ensuring that each customer receives “Demos 2 Go Platinum” customer service. All training provided, competitive pay rates, and support provided. You can be the brand ambassador who excels in captivating an audience during in-store events, with an emphasis on brand awareness, product demonstration and sales. The in-store Customer Engagement Specialist influences the buyer’s behavior through customer education, engagement, and enthusiastically promoting and demonstrating the product.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least (18) years of age
• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent job-related experience
• Experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, brand promotion or retail/grocery
• Interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with management, clients, and consumers in any setting
• Daily access to a PC computer with internet/email access
• Must be able to:
  • Provide friendly interactive “Demos 2 Go Platinum” service to our customers
  • Read basic information (ex: equipment operating manuals, recipes, coupons)
  • Apply basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Understand use of weights and measures
  • Able to work independently and as a motivated team player
  • Demonstrate strong people skills with the ability to engage the public
  • Must be able to stand for up for long periods of time
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to transport equipment and travel to different sites
  • Travel to and work at stores within assigned area
